Great Commission Ministries (GCM) is
an interdenominational mission organization that mobilizes
missionaries to serve campus, urban, and international churches
through evangelism, discipleship and church planting. GCM employs over 360
missionaries who work in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America
in nearly 100 churches and 15 countries. They were founded in 1989
as a campus church planting organization. They have since expanded into
many different ministries in all parts of the world. GCM is a member of
the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability, The Mission Exchange, and
the National Association of Evangelicals.
We become involved with GCM through our campus church New Life Christian
Fellowship [nlcf] at Virginia Tech. We attended [nlcf] the entire time we
were at Virginia Tech and they are serving as our sending church. We were
blessed to go on short-term mission trips to Danli, Honduras multiple times
during our time at Tech and feel the call to go as full time missionaries at
the church there. As a missionaries with GCM, we are responsible for
seeking 100% of the resources needed for our ministry in Honduras. If you have
interest in financially supporting GCM on our behalf, please visit this Great
